The platform

Every tool in broQA, and what each one does

Lender policy, servicing, client documents, application drafts, BDM emails, rates and news, in one subscription for $69 + GST a month per user. Use any tool on its own, or let documents and Chat answers carry on into the next tool, so there's less re-keying. broQA works alongside your CRM and your aggregator's tools.

How the tools connect

Start with a request, or start anywhere

Info Requests to ServicingClient documents come in, and broQA starts a Servicing case from the figures it read, for you to check and complete.
Info Requests to Application PreparerThe client's files arrive with no re-uploading.
Chat to BDM ConnectA policy answer and its source become a draft BDM email.

You can also download a Word summary from Application Preparer, a PDF from Servicing, and a PDF or Word copy of a Chat answer.

  • Up to four applicants, each with their own link
  • Virus check, then checks for signs of editing
  • Files carry on into Servicing and Application Preparer

Questions to ask before you choose a broker AI tool

Good questions for any broker AI tool, with broQA's answers.

  1. Where is client data stored, and where is it processed? The broQA app, its main database and file storage are hosted in Sydney. Some requests, such as AI answers and search, are processed by service providers based in the United States, which may keep what they receive for a limited time. The Security page explains how client data is handled.
  2. What does the AI see when it reads a client's documents? Each document's text is read in Sydney, on broQA's own servers or by our cloud provider's document reader. Before the text goes to our AI provider, broQA swaps out the applicant names you entered and numbers it recognises as tax file numbers. Other details, such as dates of birth and addresses, are read as they appear.
  3. How are uploads and sign-ins protected?Every file uploaded to Info Requests, Application Preparer or Servicing is virus checked before broQA opens it. Files are then opened in a sealed-off area of our system, with no internet access and none of our keys. Each account has one active session, we email you when a new device signs in, and you can add two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app.
  4. How long are client documents kept, and can you delete them?Application Preparer and Servicing delete uploaded files once they've been read. Application Preparer also deletes the application record 7 days after you start it. Files your clients send through an Info Request stay in your account until you delete them. You can export or erase one client's files from Settings. Figures read from documents into a Servicing case stay until you delete the case.
  5. Can you check where a policy answer came from?Yes. Policy answers in Chat are written to show the lender document and page they came from, so you can check the source yourself.
  6. Which lenders does broQA cover?Across its tools, broQA covers 45+ lenders and growing. The Lenders page lists every one, tool by tool.
  7. How are borrowing power results worked out and tested? Each lender in Servicing has its own built-in assessment, and figures you type are calculated on broQA's own servers. If AI gives in-depth advice on a case, names and contact details are left out first. We've tested Servicing against lenders' own calculators. Results are a guide, so confirm important results with the lender.
  8. Can you try every tool free, without a credit card?Yes. Every tool is free for 14 days, with no credit card and nothing to cancel. Fair-use limits are lower for most tools during the trial.
